Who am I?

May your business always give you butterflies.

I go by Steph

From the first moment people meet me, it usually takes them a second. Yes, I go by "Steph".

I want everyone to feel welcome and part of my tribe immediately, and what better way to do that than to go straight to a nickname?

I am high-energy, full of happiness, and quite the giggler. My smile is my welcome mat, and therefore, always ready.

My dream is to see women living authentically, contributing their natural talents, and empowered to run their business and life according to their dreams.

My why?

I was raised by amazing women who did not hide their struggles. They were always authentic with the road they had traveled as women. From my grandmother as a teacher, military spouse, and mother in the 40s and 50s to my mom pushing against the glass ceiling in the 80s and 90s. I knew the road for women was not paved in gold.

They instilled in me a passion and a drive to make a difference which led me to a career focused on changing the landscape for women.

I have been a college lecturer, corporate diversity manager, and non-profit leader. The final leap to entrepreneur came with lots of encouragement from my community and all of my faith.

Why am I a business coach and consultant to only women? Because it is my calling.

An empowered woman is a woman that builds bridges, changes minds, and impacts communities.

Mother, daughter, sister, friend.

When my time on Earth has passed, may my legacy be that I was the ultimate cheerleader of women.

"After just 2 weeks of working with Taylor, I've made some massive shifts in my mindset and my daily routine. I am hopeful for the new future I'm creating."

"This time last year, I was a frazzled mother of 2, just barely getting by. Thanks to Taylor's courses, I'm a happier, healthier person for myself and my family."
