We hold a VIP day at your office. If you do not have an office space, we will rent a meeting room.

A quiet space is best for us to dig in to the questions and ensure we get to the answers needed for the 30-60-90 day plan.

If you are not local, we will conduct your session via Zoom. It is recommended that we hold a 2-hour session with a following 1-hour session to break up the time and stay focused.

The owner/founder(s) are who are included in the day. Because we are looking at the past, present, and future of the business, we need to have this involved from the very beginning.

If you have a business partner, we can discuss how active they are in the overall management of your business and determine if it will be beneficial to have them join us.

We will spend time assessing all the elements of your business including your business plan and goals.

At the end of the session, we take 30-minutes to outline next steps.

Within a week of your session, you will receive a detailed 30-60-90 plan to help you move forward with achieving goals outlined in the session.

Come prepared with your business and strategic plan for the year. 

You will be sent an assessment to do with your team before we meet and will be asked to discuss your company history including your Why.
